Here is a virtual copy of our wedding invitation. We hope you like it! We had a great deal of fun putting them together. Nigel took the original photographs on Kodak B/W portrait film using a Canon EOS-10S with 28-200mm / f3.8-5.6 zoom lense. We then had the pictures developed by Alpha Photo (Crossroads in Bellevue) and placed on a Kodak photo CD. Dallas and Jade are shown here in the photo - this is actually Jades second modelling job. She formerly posed for a Border Collie Rescue greeting card. Riley also took part in the "photo shoot", however there were too many other dogs around and he couldn't keep still!
The invites were created using Xara Studio - a most excellant graphics package from a company in the U.K. We then generated a postscript file and took this to Sir Speedy Printing (Redmond). They printed the image onto film and then used a litographic printing process to transfer the image onto high quality paper we supplied from Daniel Smith Artist Supplies (Redmond).
