To the tune of
Frosty The Snowman
Riley the snow dog
Was a badly tortured soul
No one seemed to care
How he lived his life
Or how business took its toll.
Riley the snow dog
Had to live from day to day;
Posing in his fur
Or in a costume
For mere scraps of food as pay.
Oh…
There must have been a bit of cheese
Just slightly out of sight.
He knew if he could hold the pose
He would surely get a bite.
Sit, stay, sit, stay, sit, stay
Don’t you make a move,
Sit, stay, sit, stay, sit, stay
Do you want some food?
Riley the snow dog
Was feeling rough one day
He had way too much
Of the this shameless work
And he had to run away.
Out through the front door
With a scarf around his neck
Running here and there
And without a care
Barkin’ “Catch me if you can”
He led them down 194th
Straight past the doggie cop,
And didn’t even stop to pause
When he heard him holler, “Stop!”
Riley the snow dog
Had to hurry on his way
But he waved goodbye
Sayin’ I’ve gotta fly
I don’t need this job today
Sit, stay, sit, stay, sit, stay
Don’t you make a move,
Sit, stay, sit, stay, sit, stay
Do you want some food?
