Puget Hounds Flyball -  Practice Schedule (North)

NOTE:  As of November 1, 2004, we will be asking for all race team members to please contribute $5/dog/session to help assist with the purchase of new gear and to contribute toward the cost of lights/electricity at the barn.  The fee will be waived  on days that you are able  to bring a spouse, friend, or responsible child to assist with hauling gear, box loading, and ball shagging, or if you are able to help with the session you are NOT attending with your dog. 

• Beginners: Working on learning individual components (jumps, box) of the course and tying it all together. 
• Intermediates: Can run the entire course.  We begin working on passing, running two lanes, and distractions.  Race team members are encouraged to attend intermediate practices on nights where race team practice is not held.    
• Race Team:    Race team members are selected on the basis of a dog being able to run the entire course with distractions.  A full squad consists of 6 (canine)  team members.  A 4 dog line-up must be able to run the course in less than 24 seconds.     

We will add non-competition race squads to the team if there is enough interest.
